Job Description

We are offering a unique opportunity for a Customer Success Engineer to join our growing company. On our Customer Success team, you work in tandem with our other divisions, including our development team, gaining valuable skills and learning about the opportunities available in the world of the industrial internet of things. You will serve as the first point of contact for our international clients, providing technical support, content creation and education throughout the lifecycle of their cases. By ensuring high retention rates and outstanding customer satisfaction, you will contribute directly to our growth rate.

The ideal candidate is someone highly motivated, a creative problem solver, and relentless in their desire to ensure an ideal client experience. You are professional, process-oriented, a talented communicator, and have a talent for mastering new technology and tools like communication protocols, cybersecurity and cloud computing.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES
Desirable skills for this role include:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar experience.
    • Familiar with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu, Debian and Centos).
    • Familiar with most extended OT & IT communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, Profinet, MQTT, OPC UA, REST API, etc.)
    • Familiar with MongoDB and SQL databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Postgre, similar).
    • Familiar with programming languages (Node.js, Python, .NET, similar).
    • Experience with SQL languages.
    • General networking experience (routers, switches, subnets, VLAN, etc.)
    • A broad technical curiosity and proven technical understanding.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role:
    • Assist customers with technical questions relating to the N3uron IIoT platform.
    • Utilise creative problem-solving skills to assist in technical troubleshooting and analysis for Customer reported issues.
    • Manage and maintain incoming support tickets from customers from receipt through resolution.
    • Foster the brand awareness by contributing, together with the Marketing Department, to content creation of technical articles, knowledge base, etc.
    • Understand N3uron software and its applications & features.
    • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.
    • Proactively identify new workloads and expansion opportunities in each Customer to create value for the Customer and N3uron.
    • Acting as a voice of the Customer by representing their perspectives and interests in areas such as Product Roadmap, Technical Support, Quality, etc.
    • Give training courses and product presentations.
