Job Description

N3uron is a software development company specialising in the design of modern industrial software solutions that will empower organisations to embrace the new technology revolution, IIoT and Industry 4.0. We are offering a unique opportunity for Customer Success Associate and IIoT Evangelist to join our growing company. You will serve as the first point of contact for our international clients, providing technical support and education throughout the lifecycle of their cases. By ensuring high retention rates and outstanding customer satisfaction, you will contribute directly to our growth rate.

You are professional, process-oriented, a talented communicator, and have a talent for mastering new technology and tools like Cybersecurity, communication protocols and cloud computing.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES
Desirable skills for this role include:
    • 2+ years of relevant work experience in one of the following: technical support, account management, project management, or consulting.
    • Bachelors/Master level education or equivalent life experience in one of the following areas: technical support, account, project or consulting management.
    • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
    • Deep technical understanding of technologies related to the IIoT: Cybersecurity, Industrial Communication Protocols, SQL/NoSql Database and Cloud Computing.
    • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Experienced and comfortable in a fast-paced, high performance, open concept team environment. Experience in managing large accounts and the Customer’s satisfaction.
    • Customer-oriented with a strong relationship management skill.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role:
    • Responsible for providing excellent customer service experience and helping customers achieve their aspired goals.
    • Having a complete understanding of our products and services.
    • Ensuring retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.
    • Proactively identify new workloads and expansion opportunities in each Customer to create value both for the Customer and for N3uron.
    • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with IT Decision Makers within each Customer to influence solution adoption and create strong support for new opportunities.
    • Facilitate channels of communication with customers around technical issues within their project concerning N3uron adoption.
    • Working in partnership with the Sales team to provide expanded services and support organic growth within existing accounts.
    • Providing Helpdesk support tickets to ensure timely completion and satisfaction.
    • Acting as a voice of the Customer by representing their perspectives and interests in areas such as Product Roadmap, Technical Support, Quality, etc.
    • Conduct training sessions with multiple user groups/roles/functions to help users understand the full capabilities of the platform and increase user adoption.
    • Conduct extended investigations alongside our users to facilitate the integration of our platform and toolsets into the Customers business processes.
