Simplifying Energy Metering with the DLMS Client

Ready to enhance your metering solutions? Meet the N3uron DLMS Client, the latest addition to our lineup of modules for the energy industry. Joining the ranks of IEC 104, CAISO ADS, SMA, IEC 102, Xantrex, Aurora, SolarMax, DNP Client, and many other modules already available in N3uron, the DLMS Client expands the connectivity and interoperability horizons for smart metering and asset management of our IIoT and DataOps platform.

Seamless Integration with any DLMS Meter

The N3uron DLMS Client Module seamlessly integrates with any DLMS smart meter, ensuring straightforward connection and communication with minimal configuration. Its user-friendly interface simplifies customization for any DLMS smart meter on the market, facilitating a seamless connection process and enabling users to easily create tags and templates, convert raw data into actionable insights, and improve the overall energy metering process.

Gateway Functionality for Smooth Multi-Client Access

As concurrent access from multiple clients can lead to communication errors and collisions, the DLMS Module introduces configurable gateways for smooth multi-client access. This functionality allows for the assignment of different priorities to third-party client applications and prevent disruptions. Gateways guarantee transparent access to any meter on the channel, enhancing the overall reliability and efficiency of meters data retrieval.

Build your Data Model Faster with Drag and Drop

Once the connection to the DLMS meter is established, the bult-in browser provides automatic discovery of all its datapoints, that can be easily added to your data model by utilizing the drag-and-drop functionality. This provides a simple and effective way to get real-time values (Active Energy, Active Power, Reactive Energy, Reactive Power, Voltage, Current, Power Factor, etc.) from any smart meter and drastically reduces the time invested in bringing data from meters into your N3uron node.

The data acquired from DLMS meters, together with sub-metering values retrieved from other meters through Modbus Client or any other modules within the N3uron platform, can then be stored in a data base using Historian or SQL Client, shown on Web Vision dashboards or used for calculating cost predictions and performance metrics with Derived Tags or Scripting modules.
